5 tomatoes, 500g beef brisket

(1), 15 ml light soy sauce, 3g salt

(2), 3 slices ginger, 3 green onions, 10ml oil

1. Wash the beef and  tomato , peel the tomato,then cut both of them into small pieces.

2. Put seasoning (2) with tomato into the pot, fry 1 minute and then simmer until it becomes ketchup.

3. Put beef and light soy sauce into the ketchup, fry 3 minutes,and then put it  into the purple clay cooker.

4. Stew 2 hours, then add some salt to taste, stew for another 30 minutes.

5.serve.

You will find that Brisket becomes reasonably tender as long as it is cooked for a long time, with plenty of moisture.Just so delicious!
