Recipe: Litchi Chicken Wings
Ingredients for Litchi Chicken Wings:
Chicken wings 500g, salt 2g, red wine 30g, monosodium glutamate 1g, rock candy 2g, ginger 3g, scallion 3g, Chinese red pepper 2g, cooking wine 5g, pepper powder 1g, vegetable oil 15g.
Directions to cook Litchi Chicken Wings:
1. Cut the middle wings into two, marinate with salt, cooking wine and pepper powder for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Put them into boiling water to remove residue. Set aside for later use.
2. Cut the scallion crosswise into large pieces, slice the ginger.
3, Fill wok with oil and heat. Sauté the scallion with the ginger. Add the rock candy, red wine, salt, Chinese red pepper and heat until simmering. Add the chicken wings and stew for 1 hour over a small fire. Pick out the scallion and ginger, mix well with monosodium glutamate and dish up.
