How to cook Sauteed shredded pork with eggs:

1,Cut the meat into slices 6 cm (2.4 inches) long, 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide and 0.3 cm (0.12 inch) thick. Add 1 g (1/6 tsp) of the salt, the egg white and dry cornstarch, and mix well  for about 10 minutes.

2,break up 2 eggs, and wash agaric and carrot, carrot slicing.

3,stir-frying the shredded port,after the color became dark, stop it and pick up port.

4,Put the 25 g (1 2/3 tbsp) of oil in the wok And heating.put the scallion and ginger into hot oil, then add egg juice and pork also, put some salt to taste.

5,done.serve hot.
