2 oz./60 g pork, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
2 green peppers, cut into thin strips

Step 1. In a wok, saute the scallion with 1-2 tbsps.vegetable oil until aromatic, add pork strips and 1 tbsp.light soy sauce, stir fry over high heat until the pork changes color and is nearly cooked through .
Step 2. Add the green pepper strips, cook over medium heat for another 1 minute, or until tender .
