5 eggs
500 grams (1 cup) water
3 grams (1/2 tsp) salt
2 grams (1/2 tsp) MSG
5 grams (1 tsp) sesame oil
5 grams (1/6 oz) finely cut scallions

Method to cook Steamed Egg Soup:

1, Start by cracking five eggs into a large bowl, Whip the eggs well then add the salt, MSG and water and mix well.

2, Place the bowl in a steamer and cook for 15 minutes. Take out, spread the scallions and sprinkle on the sesame oil and the dish is ready.
