1 piece lotus leaf,,50g Chinese wolfberry,400g meters
Step by step to cook Lotus leaf congee with Chinese wolfberry:
1,Wash and soak the lotus leaf for a while, then,cut it into small pieces.
2,Wash and soak the meters for 30 minutes,then put them into the stainless steel pot, add water, about 2.5kg, take fire,cook for about 1 hour.
3,Add the Chinese wolfberry into the pot and cover the congee with lotus leaf, cook for 20 minutes.serve
Tips:If you like sweet, you may add a small amount of crystal sugar.I usually add some sugar to taste.
