Stir-fried pignut with Pepper Salt

Ingredients for Stir-fried pignut with Pepper Salt:

250 grams (0.55 lb) pignut (pea nuts)
10 grams (2 tsp) pepper salt
800 grams (1 3/5 cup) oil (only 30 g or 2 tbsp to be consumed)
