HELP I have been looking for a recipe that was a family fav. it went thru a house fire and I havent been able to figure it out or find it since. It was a chinese type fried chicken, had soy sauce and ginger in the recipe. Soaked in a liquid then placed in a regular dry flour mix then fried in oil. PLEASE HELP ME!!! THXS Connie
